Described as a workaholic and passionately dedicated to photography and art, she has worked with various National Geographic Photographers, assisting with assignments and photography workshops in various countries.

Alicia also teaches summer courses at Altos de Chavón School of Design in the Dominican Republic. She produces photography workshops and seminars in Puerto Rico, the USA, and the Caribbean for her Workshop Company.

Ms. Kidd is currently collaborating with art galleries and museums to exhibit her work. She has also organized and curated various exhibitions for other artists and photographers and participated in many collective exhibitions in several countries.

Her goal is to exhibit her personal projects worldwide.

Because of this drive, she serves as Vice President of Exhibitions on the Board of a non-profit organization in Puerto Rico, the East End Art Guild.
